Two years ago, the UPLB Online Community web site was born from the online community established at the eLBi.tk Forums. It started out as Yupielbi.com, and it eventually changed its domain to Yupielbi.org. Content management systems changed, the domain changed, and people have come and gone. But the community is still pretty much the same. It's the same animal that was bred in that little town at the foot of a mountain.
"Busugin ang kaluluwa. Hamunin ang kaisipan. Gamutin ang pusong duguan. Kalayaan para sa ating lahat."
This is our creed. We strive to live it online as we learned to live it in UPLB. With the start of our 3rd year, let's not stray from that. It's a little melodramatic, and nostalgic even, but come on. We're from UPLB. We live for this stuff.
